Short Bio: Fen Zenithei is a rogue in the charming sense, and has a reputation as a womanizer. He is fiercely loyal to his friends and his duties, though slow to anger. His favored weapon is his tongue, but he is not above coming to blows when he needs to. Fen puts on a front of being a dandy for appearances sake, but the calculated spark in his eyes is hard to hide.

Physical description: Tall and well toned, with meticulously kept golden blond hair and sun tanned features. Fen has a casual slouch to his posture and a grin usually light on his lips. His hand never strays far from the low slung blades sheathed at his hips, and his emerald green eyes measure every detail.

Personality: Quick to laugh with a sharp wit. Fen has been known to jibe when he ought hold his tongue, though he has no hesitation in making apologies for his words. Fen loves to be the center of attention, and to draw a crowd.

Character history: Fendelil Zenithei, son of Lord Magistrate Lianil Zenithei (deceased). Fen hails from a long line of magi, House Zenithei having been named into nobility by the council of lords for its part in the training of humans in the arcane. Since, a Zenithei had been a resident magister at Duskwither Academy until the fall of the institution.

Fen was an apprentice mage at the academy under his father when the scourge came through the city, and watched him fall ablaze in his own fireball fending off a line of undead. His sister Eliadri and mother Ciali were both killed in the assault, and the Zenithei Manor destroyed, being just southwest of the east sanctum in Eversong woods.

With the destruction of the sunwell, Fen was driven nearly mad with his need of arcane energies. Bladework gave him the discipline to remain in control when so many turned to wretched shells of what they once were. When the art of mana tapping was discovered and the Sin'dorei reborn, his hobby of blade study became an obsession, and he learned the art of movement as well. He turned away from his former mage training and joined the Blood Watch, a group of warriors dedicated to the removal of mages that succumbed to their addiction and became a menace to the struggling society of Silvermoon. During this time, Fen may or may not have had something to do with the removal of key rivals from other noble houses who had spoken out against the rogue heir to a house of mages that no longer had a mage to its name. Rather than fall, Lord Fendelil Zenithei banked his interests in the untapped resources of outland. House Zenithei developed a reputation as a merchant house, and Fen bought favors with the council to retain his father's place.

Relationships with other characters: Fen has a mutual respect for most all of Suncrown and its affiliates. He has known Analeia for quite some time, and called upon Esere during a particularly trying time between Velurian and Fen's former Lord Deciaden. Despite the feuding blood elf houses, many turned out for the wedding of Fen to Lady Aedywn Malathion. The marriage was short lived due to Fen's work keeping him from home, and Aedywn left Fen for her personal guard, Gilaedin.

Opinion of various horde races: Fen has a respect for talent that goes beyond race. Though he was not quick to embrace his once former enemies, Fen finds a use for all assets.
